Our Inaugural release is a refined single malt scotch whisky, distilled from our farm grown Golden Promise and Laureate barley, matured in first-fill Bourbon and Sherry casks. A rich, layered whisky with notes of baked apple and golden pastry, balanced by succulent sultanas and prunes, and a lingering herbal finish.

  • Cask selection: 50% Bourbon Barrel and 50% Sherry Cask
  • Barley type: 48% Laureate Malt and 52% Golden Promise
  • Non-chill filtered
  • Natural Colour
  • Distilled, matured and bottled in Perthshire

All orders are shipped directly from our distillery which operates Mon-Thurs 9am-5pm and Fri 9am-12pm. Shipping times vary between 3-5 working days dependant on when the order is placed. The 48h shipping service applies from the time of dispatch.
